So, WE should focus on Liberals and HE should focus on dissing us and selling the service to his webforum? I'm not saying Hannity is totally correct. But conservative infighting doesn't help our cause.

dang, I am working all day and here are hundreds of posts that I don't have time to read and I think I should be outraged and offended but somehow I am not sure who to be made at.

To: Howlin
No, plenty of blame to go around, and yes Bush is not a real conservative and yes I voted for him twice for pres and twice for gov of Texas but Steve Forbes was a better choice. I am happy that the Forbes supporters pretty much stay out of the big fights.

If he really thinks of FR as competition, then a) he's setting himself up for failure, and b) he's a hell of a lot less intelligent than even my very modest expectation.

Don't forget she's been all over the internet, talking about how she will get Jim back, how she has a "pack of lawyers" and how she has DOCUMENTATION.

Yesterday someone posted Lucianne's comments about Tony Snow. That thread stayed on the main board. We shared heartfelt prayers for Tony Snow, thanks to Lucianne posting the email address.
Sean is too small to understand that because he's rich and famous he's not above reproach.
Perhaps he doesn't understand why we object to his constant pandering to the likes of Charlie Rangel.

Haven't listened to or watched that Hannity fellar in years so don't expect to do so today either... He doesn't read FR anymore simply because he can't interrupt and talk over someone who is writing... He doesn't have control and doesn't like it when someone can voice their opinion without his interruptions... jmo.

There was a very Long thread on Sean's comments:
Hannity bashes Free Republic
Just now on his radio show...says we taken over by fringe people
I think there may be another thread, also.

He does have a point. If you had a radio show and you enjoyed FR for your show prep, how long would you remain a member if each time you logged on, it said "A Citizen Reporter" is like a stupid man's Rush, or "A Citizen Reporter" can't find his behind with a flashlight and a map."?

Self-promoting thread bully who flamed out in a very ugly way when he found he would not be permitted to pick fights, badger and browbeat other posters, promote his work, or spout endless personal abuse here. It's been like 2 years and he's still bitter - a very pathetic situation.

Am I the only one that didn't take the "fringe" comment that generally? It seemed specific to me.

I would have defended him two days ago. I have felt lucky to listen to Sean Hannity in NY before he was syndicated. His success has grown very quickly. He made the wrong comments. He's not doing a good job now presenting his reasoning for those comments yesterday. He's talking about getting attacked. What about the people that said good things and support him on FreeRepublic? A lot of nice things have been said about him.
It's wrong Hannity used his radio chair to settle some kind of score because his feelings were hurt. It shows no class. It hurts the site in the eyes of people who listen to him and have not really been to Free Republic. It's an attempt to give FreeRepublic a bad reputation. I'm done with those three hours of radio.
