I am trying to track down a audio of Ted Kennedy singing, apparently drunk, bellowing out some kind of Spanish Tune. I heard a clip of it on the radio, and I had tears coming out of my eyes!
If anyone can get this audio for me, I promise to donate $100 to the fund for Marine Cpl Casey Owens who was severely wounded in Iraq.

hannity had it on his show this summer, i think the drunken serenade was during the Dem convention, and there were two songs. one in Spanish and the other some irish ballad, if i am not mistaken. i am going to keep track of the thread, bc i would love to hear it again myself. it was PRIZEWINNING!!

Two most memorable Kennedy videos:
1- singing, "Itsy Bitsy Spider" to a bunch of school children.
2- Acceptance speech at his mid 1990s victory party. "And they won't have Ted Kennedy to (muttering...slob... bib... ahhhh... baaa...bee)." Rush used to have it on loop. Very funny.
Thursday morning Sarah and I went to the last of four breakfasts for the California delegation. Each of these was outstanding. However, this morning’s was even better. Imagine five mariachi band members entering the crowded room playing. Following them is Senator Ted Kennedy. As the band assembles on the stage and launches into a Spanish language song, Ted Kennedy takes the microphone and sings along … in Spanish! He does this for a second song as well! I’m a bit taken aback. Sarah seems astonished. Kennedy’s comments about the virtue and personal integrity of John Kerry are powerful endorsements indeed.
