From CDHart | 01/13/2005 1:42:56 PM MST My son-in-law Roy is having surgery on his arm tomorrow at about 11:00 a.m. I would like to request prayer that the doctors and nurses who care for him would be guided by the Lord, and that he comes through it successfully. Thank you.

My daughter, who is an RN, will be home for the next couple of days to monitor for swelling, infection, etc. He will go in 2 weeks for a more permanent cast and then it should be all over except for the lengthy healing.
Thanks so much to all of you for your thoughts, prayers and good wishes. We appreciate it more than we can possibly say. Thank God for people like you and may He continue to bless all of us.

Great report!
Praise and glory to God...
My family and I are overwhelmed by all of the wonderful responses to my request for prayer for my son-in-law, Roy. His surgery went smoothly and he was home by supper on Friday. He is in pain, of course, but otherwise fine.

Actually, though, your brocolli with an apple is pretty good, too.
Thanks for the update CD. Praise be to God.
You probably had a lot more praying than you know. I try to pray for the prayer requests I see but I don't always post.
+ To God be the Glory ... great things He has done!
Good news! Thanks for the update.
Thank you Carolyn for the update.
PRAYER IS POWERFUL.

Thanks for the update Carolyn, glad to hear the good news! Our Lord is so Merciful!!
