Someone needs to call the ChristmasTree police. ;-)
Thanks, Loddy! :o)
Sounds like a plan! :o)
Thank you for your invaluable assistance Gran. I am beginning to understand what happened to my luck since I had you act as my thriftily bought, diligently inattentive chaperon to my last aborted attempt at an amorous engagement.
This time I will chart my own course. Keep your sexual aids, O my wonderfully warped one. As soon as the birthday wench learns that I have, this very day, fitted a High Speed Combo USB2.0 Firewire PCI Card with six USB2s and 2 IEEE 1394 ports, she will marvel, realizing that I have the fastest and most reliable means of connection that any young lady could imagine.
And that is before I tell her that my Bluetooth USB Wireless Dongle the which, will now permit us to roam at least ten meters and still stay connected. Not to mention the WIFI seeker on my key chain.
My dear Gran, a girl who is just learning to cox´n her Christmas electric can opener around the rim will appreciate a man who keeps his nose and ears clean with his own Christmas electric cutter.
Who needs a nurse, I need a whole service department.
My birthday is the 29 of September...Must have been a wild New Years Eve party earlier....LOL...
......Westy.....
Morning Westy. We haven't seen any pics from your new digital camera yet. If you can't get out due to weather, take one of your junk room. I'd love to see it. LOL
I'm still working on learning how that dang camera works...I'd sure hate to see an advanced one with a bunch of bells and whistles...LOL..
The daughter cleared off the biggest mess, the one on the dining room table....So don't hold your breath for pix from here...

My brother in Kentucky just called and said he was out in his "dog house" with some of his buddies. And yes, it is called "Bill's Dog House" with an official sign, too.
It is his detached open garage on the farm, with a enclosed room added. He's fixed it up to suit himself with an huge old fridge for the beer, a wood stove, a card table and several old sofas. His wife refuses to set foot in there as its filthy and stinks. And that is the way he likes it.
In the winter time, they make a big fire in the wood stove, make a big pot of burgoo and play cards.
.....Westy.....
I'd someone here way waaaayyyyy off!
LOL!
Just outstanding - you'll need several sticks to keep'em away over there.
And burgoo is...?
Avaricious and Envious
Two neighbours came before Jupiter and prayed him to grant
their hearts' desire. Now the one was full of avarice, and the
other eaten up with envy. So to punish them both, Jupiter granted
that each might have whatever he wished for himself, but only on
condition that his neighbour had twice as much. The Avaricious
man prayed to have a room full of gold. No sooner said than done;
but all his joy was turned to grief when he found that his
neighbour had two rooms full of the precious metal. Then came the
turn of the Envious man, who could not bear to think that his
neighbour had any joy at all. So he prayed that he might have one
of his own eyes put out, by which means his companion would become
totally blind.
Vices are their own punishment.
Burgoo? I have only heard of it being cooked in Kentucky and I don't care for it myself. They just put on a big pot of water and throw in wild game of all kinds, mutton or chicken. When the meat is cooked, they throw in any vegetables they have on hand. But, folks in my part of Kentucky seldom use any seasonings other than salt and a little pepper. So, it is really bland. Oh, and they eat it with saltine crackers.
Ain´t that the truth --- lol
