That would be funny...except I seem to remember something about tax funds being used to De-Tat some people in LA.
They couldn't find jobs with all the gang banger stuff on their foreheads and neck.
So the taxpayer kindly paid for laser tattoo removal.

Whoa! I hope, for her sake, those are just the temporary "tattoos" ........ they do make some that look incredibly real. My 15 year old grandson had one on his shoulder that looked so real it was amazing ~ when it didn't wash off after a dozen showers and he was tired of it, we finally had to take alcohol, baby oil and elbow-grease to it to rub the danged thing off.

My 7 year old daughter asked if that was a girl. I'm not sure what to tell her except that this is what happens when you don't do well in school.

It is truly sad that unattractive people, in order to compensate and get attention do this to themselves.
It never occurs to them to develop a personality; become interesting.
That, and the recourse to alcohol to be interesting, tells me this one is beyond hope.
