Britney 'stinks'

Britney Spears caused a real stink when her smelly feet gassed a plane full of people. Passengers complained when the star shed her shoes on a flight. The smell was so bad that a stewardess asked Britney to put them back on reports The Sun. Britney, 23, caused a stir as she and hubby Kevin Federline, 26, flew from Los Angeles to New York. The singer blamed the whiff on her shoes. One passenger said: "The smell was unbelievable. One woman had a word with the air hostess, then three or four others complained. She looked pretty embarrassed as she tapped Britney on the shoulder and asked her very politely to put her shoes back on.

"Britney went red, laughed and said her shoes make her feet stink. Thankfully she put them on. There's no way we could have put up with that."

one more question, since you are so wise :O)

is there a difference between a "live" and "not live" thread? say i post on an old thread, where the last post was over 2 weeks ago, would anyone see it? would it go to the top of the list? i know that is how some msg boards work.

sorry if i am annoying

Have you seen the commercial for her new perfume? Good golly, the girl is really just going over the edge since she got married...it seems to me she has NO IDEA what to do with herself any more. Her younger sister looks just like her, but I sincerely hope she doesn't decide to tread in her sister's trollopy footsteps...tough going I bet, since she sees up close and personal how much money Britney has made by acting so trashy.

Just think of it . In the 50's Elvis's wiggling hips couldn't be shown on TV ...in the 60's The Beatles came along with , oh my God , LONG hair ...Now look what we've got ! Crap gangsta rappers and trash like Britney ...Where's a time machine when you need one ( not that those times were utopian mind you ) ?

Well, I wasn't around in those halycon (I hope I spelled that right, lol) days, but it seems to me kind of funny the hysteria that stuff created. OTOH, in those days, girls (and guys) didn't walk around with their underwear showing, either.

Living in Miami really opened my eyes...I saw little girls wearing skirts and shorts that barely covered their behinds! My mom would have kicked my butt into next week if I'd tried to leave the house looking like that at 18, let alone 11!!

Since you shared :)...I was born in late '75. I still listen to a lot of things my mom listened to growing up and that she played around the house. She was born in '54. Most of the stuff that was popular when I was in high school was extremely forgettable...not the stuff you guys heard.

Of course, I know way more about that stuff than is normal, lol.

The Grass Roots
Jethro Tull
Cream
The Turtles
Steppenwolf
Led Zepplin....
yada yada yada. Better than the crap that passes for music these days...with a few exceptions. I was freaked out when another poster on a different thread mentioned Derek and the Dominoes "Willy and the Hand Jive"...I love that song!

Thanks...I knew it wasn't quite right, but couldn't figure out why. My dictionary is still packed, and of course, I didn't think to type it into Word and do a spell check. The spell check on here didn't catch it.
