I was born in '52 , right when rock and roll was being born so have witnessed the whole history of pop/rock and roll from American Bandstand to MTV to garbageland , otherwise known as the present . LOL !
Since you shared :)...I was born in late '75. I still listen to a lot of things my mom listened to growing up and that she played around the house. She was born in '54. Most of the stuff that was popular when I was in high school was extremely forgettable...not the stuff you guys heard.
Of course, I know way more about that stuff than is normal, lol.
