During halftime of the Dallas vs. Seattle game tonight on ABC's Monday Night Football there was an interview of Tiger Woods to promote his upcoming Target World Challenge golf tournament also broadcast on ABC this coming weekend.
Maybe some Freepers in the Thousand Oaks, California area can make sure Tiger's feet are held to the fire over this issue during the tournament later this week that runs from Thursday through Sunday at the Sherwood Country Club.

Breaking News?

If Tiger could take the heat from the Lib/Feminazis/Race Hustlers during the battle of Augusta he can shrug this off too. Tiger plays golf, he does not play politics. He is not about to let anyone think he can be pushed around now. Don't waste your breath.
Why should he have? It has nothing to do with him. I've always hated it when an interviewer tries to inject tangental issues into an interview.
I understand he has connections to Target. But that's not the point. The interview wasn't about how he feels about Target's decision to ban bellringers. It'd be as retarded as wondering how come no one in the press pool wants to ask Bush what his opinion is of the current allegations against SEAL forces.
Talk to Tiger about what he's done and what he's going to do. Leave the questions about Target to another interview that is actually about Target.
Yes, and Tiger should cut off all association with Nike, too, because there is a member of Nike's board of directors that has been known to be not always politically correct! (/sarc.)
Tiger is one of those sports/entertainment figures who's wise enough to know when to shut up and swing.
There would have been no purpose at all in Al Michaels asking him about Target. It was a sports interview.
Both Woods and Michaels are classy gentlemen.
I got it... the person being interviewed determines what questions to get asked. I'll have to run that by Bill O'Reilly.
The point of the interview is whatever the interviewer wants it to be about.
Jim Gray, and others would have asked him about Target an appropriate question because Tiger's event is a sporting event the last time I checked.
Then maybe again some do not consider golf a sport.
The wimpyassness of some in today's media...
With all due respect..........grow up.
So you subscribe to the Helen Thomas school of journalism. Ok.
No way! "Helen Thomas" and "school of journalism" can't co-exist in the same sentence can they?
Asking Tiger a legitimate question about Target banning Salvation Army bell ringers has nothing to do with Helen Thomas' freedom of speech as tortured as it is.
If Tiger had no relationship with Target it would not be an appropriate question to ask him.
