It'd be as retarded as wondering how come no one in the press pool wants to ask Bush what his opinion is of the current allegations against SEAL forces.
Talk to Tiger about what he's done and what he's going to do. Leave the questions about Target to another interview that is actually about Target.

The point of the interview is whatever the interviewer wants it to be about.
Jim Gray, and others would have asked him about Target an appropriate question because Tiger's event is a sporting event the last time I checked.
