There are hundreds of these "phishing" e-mails out there going out to millions of e-mail accounts.

Thank you for your suggestion. I just emailed it off. I also sent it to my ISP. People that prey on others like this should be locked up for life. We have a nice little hotel not far from here named Attica. I'm sure they have room for this scum.
I get lots of these for "Citi" bank and other "banks" too. Anybody else getting notices of being "approved" for big mortages also? Always $300-400k. Perhaps a little more subtle than Nigeran scams only not quite as funny.
The grammar alone is a dead giveaway as to the veracity of this email.
