I got this email tonight and I want to have this SOB thrown in jail. Does anyone know if it is possible and if so what are the steps?

There are hundreds of these "phishing" e-mails out there going out to millions of e-mail accounts.
Here's a site that tracks them:

I get lots of these for "Citi" bank and other "banks" too. Anybody else getting notices of being "approved" for big mortages also? Always $300-400k. Perhaps a little more subtle than Nigeran scams only not quite as funny.

The grammar alone is a dead giveaway as to the veracity of this email.
