I need someone to check whether this site is still online. I suspect my IPO (Earthlink) is blocking it, but the site may have been shut down by the French government.
It is a group that works against the "French Arab Policy" advocates in France. URLS Blocked??:

IPO? I think you mean ISP "Internet Service Provider".
I'll be first to say it...
Are you logged in?
you must log in!
Anyway, if you want to know if your ISP is blocking certain sites (which I doubt...unless your ISP applies wholesale parental blocking), why don't you call your ISP's tech support people?
The server is misconfigured. The webmaster at http://www.westerndefense.org/ is a bonehead. What it boils down to is that the web server doesnt have the right permissions to read the html files on the server. This is a newby webmaster mistake, and has nothing to do with your ISP.
Re: IPO vs ISP
You are right, I just typed the wrong thing -- Meant ISP
I get the message FORBIDDEN.

Thanks -- maybe I am getting all fired up over nothing -- I will wait a while and try it again.
Thanks to all who responded!
I can't get it either.
