I see you're new here. A silly post in Breaking News is like a funny message on your answering machine. The first time, it gives you a smile. But wade through thousands of them over a seven-year period, and you'll find they chafe a bit.
You only think so because you signed up yesterday.
I've been here for four years, and you can believe me when I tell you that posting "humor" pieces in Breaking News is just about the lamest, tiredest, most overused bit of schtick in existence here.
Newbies always think it's funny. Ha. Ha. Whoopee. Yeah, had me going there. Funny. Ha.
I don't understand why they click on these, and if they do why they post if it bothers them so much!!!!
