I live in the most liberal part of Norfolk, Virginia and he is actually not doing so bad here. Kerry probably wins Norfolk 60/40 (which is not so bad considering the high black population). I work in Virginia Beach and it is the opposite. I am a 7-Eleven field consultant and we cannot keep Bush coffee cups in stock and I won't let my stores put out only Kerry cups. My parents live in Newport News and the Bush signs and bumper stickers outnumber the Kerry stuff by my guess of 9-1. For those who tell you it is close in Virginia, I don't believe it. At least in the Hampton Roads area, Gore had more support than Kerry does. I attend all major festivals in the area and the Kerry support just is not here.
Not doing well here in Massachusetts, I can tell you.
I live in Rhode Island. I havent seen many support for either candidate...a few signs and stickers for Kerry...and a couple of stickers for Bush.
Local elections signs dominate lawns here.
despite not much visible support for Kerry, I highly doubt Bush will win here...
I live in Chesapeake and I don't think that there's any doubt who is going to win here. :-)
I live outside of Northern Va near the mountains...the Bush lawn signs outnumber the Kerry signs almost 4 to 1...of course our voting area has gone Republican for as long as I can remember....
I have to say, I am quite surprised by the amount of lawn signs and bumper stickers for Bush here in northern NJ. This comes nothing close to what I viewed in 2000. For people that don't think NJ is seriously in play have not been following the anger that NJ Republicans have been subjected to since Torricelli withdrew, was replaced with Lautenberg and then had our governor resign, but still hold office. I would not be surprised to have people vote for Bush as a protest vote for the shabby treatment over the past 2 years. Furthermore, state Democrats seem to be on their heels regarding campaigning for Kerry. Virtually no mention of him at all throughout the state. Come election night, if NJ is too close to call, Kerry supporters may just as well pack it in.
I'm in Moscow Idaho. It is an academia town with the UI and just 8 miles away in Washington is WSU. The bumper stickers and yard signs are running about 4 to 1 in favor of sKerry but driving north the scene changes 180.

Checked it, I also read how you called it for Bush. I fully agree.
I also have a spontaneous after Freep report today. I was in Hoboken, NJ this afternoon driving down Washington St. There was this guy there with Bush/Cheney '04 signs all over his car and he was standing next to it holding up a Bush/Cheney '04 yard sign above his head, showing it to traffic on this very busy street. I pulled over and joined him. He gave me 4 stickers and 4 yard signs. I decided to hang out with him and hold my sign high and proud beside him. Many, many cars passed us and people kept on coming up to us. It was great, people were honking and waving and giving a huge thumbs up to us as they passed. Many yelled "4 more years!" I was there for 15 minutes and only one guy drove by and he yelled "get a life" out his window. He regretted that because he hit a red light and the crowd shouted him down with "4 more years!" It was AWESOME. At least 300 passers by showed support. Later, I parked my work vehicle and walked 2 miles home from my office holding the Bush/Cheney yard sign over my head. The passers by were going crazy, they loved it. I plan on using the signs from my balcony on a very busy street to get more people amped up here in NJ.
Bush is going to take Jersey I hope. I was surprised by the support. It was so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS BUSH COUNTRY.
I'll put it this way. If North Korea were to nuke San Francisco and its vicinity they would be doing America a favor.
What part of Chesapeake? I live in Ghent (hence, the most liberal part of Norfolk). I hope Winsome Sears does well. Scott needs to go. Thank God for Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Newport News. My girlfriend is from Richmond and Bush support is very high there too.
You don't think David Ashe could win, do you?
Desoto County, Mississippi, Bush by 25% safely in my county.
West Virginia is a traditionally Democratic state that Bush carried in 2000 and I believe he will do so again. The last I heard he was ahead by five points or so here. I've seen a few Kerry signs around town, but also quite a few Bush/Cheney signs as the election gets closer.
I'm in Wyoming and President Bush will get all 3 of our votes!!! Just could win by 3...ya never know!
go jeff......Let's Roll
whats Lazio doing now ?
Hoo-Hah!
