Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Still round the corner there may wait...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Amazon = $23.99 for the 4-disc (my choice). Doesn't tell how much shipping up front.
Overstock is at $23.49 + $1.40 ship. Also they have a link to buy "FahrenHYPE 9/11" on the front page, which fills my heart with warm fuzzy kittens'n'hot chocolate feelings not entirely chilled by the coequal presence of that other.

Good morning! I'm just back from church. It's chilly out there and looks like rain, so no long hike today, I'd say. We'll see. I'm feeling a bit stir-crazy.

Well, if you can't breathe, I'd say call the doctor! ;o)
Seriesly, it may be worth a trip to the emergency room to get a breathing treatment. I almost went into respiratory arrest one night after having had bronchitis for a couple of weeks, then attempting to paint our bedroom before the carpet installer arrived the following morning. Went home with an inhaler, and that sucker worked wonders!! Helped ease the coughing, and I could get good deep breaths of air, which you may not be getting, hence the tendency to want to black out.

Poor Corin. I am just catching up now to everything that happened yesterday and realizing that you are prolly sicker than I thought! You can do some damage with that kind of coughing... and you may be ending up with pneumonia. I'd go to the emergency room today.

I'm another vote for emergency room... seriesly, Corin, it doesn't sound good. You should probably get it looked at. If you were a member of my family that's what I'd be insisting right about now, anyway.

Settlin' in for a long afternoon's studying. Tonight I'm cooking a Real Sunday Dinner. With meat and everything. I had to go to the meat counter to get a small enough roast...
Now I'm hopefully annoying my neighbors by singing along with my lovely music. At least it's in English...
