Poor kitty.
I try to be good and call my masseuse a massage therapist.
This is the club where you can just list all of your boondocking locations to share with others and we can all build our own database from this source.... Start by sharing the ones from your own area first.... See Message #1 for information on how to make your posting...

NOW TELL ME WHO BOONDOCKS AT WALMART? LOL...
Thanks to all who confirmed..... Heading through
Barstow Saturday night...... Such a beautiful Walmart
they have there :)
Nermal has me right where he wants me now. He is taking full advantage of my feelings of guilt. Now, when he is served regular cat food, he just looks at me as if to say, "this is unacceptable, human. I will have tuna."
My fourth grade teacher Mrs Ongas was from either Lithuania or Estonia.
(She said where she and her husband were from, one was from one or the other place..)
She was a pip.
No accent to detect, but she sometimes made slipups of the tongue.
Like during Earth Science, she was trying to describe metamorphic rocks like schist.
She kinda forgot the end 's' sound at the end of schist.
(Mica that's been compressed.)
The class broke out in laughter while she stood there redfaced and blinking in embarrassment.
I wonder where she's at now?
Nermal's worth it...real tuna's not that much priceier if you shop carefully...plus, you can use it also.
We need pics of the patient.
Cheers up there.
Well, all I can say about the retirement thing is that if he had less than 20 years he most likely did not retire but just got out at the expiration of his service. He could have gone into the REserves at that time or he could have just gone back in again altogether..you'll just have to ask him what he really did..To civilians it can be confusing. When did he go in and when did he get out?
Lung collapse,,that is extremely painful!Glad he is ok now and that he was physically fit to go back in or stay in which ever it was.
If he is over there now or will be shortly I wish him the best and hope he will be safe...those fellows and gals are really doing a huge job under difficult circumstances. War situations are always stressful but this is really something else.
News today is that there is some kind of push going on over there. the Iraqui's took the hospital without a shot fired I believe and the Marines and other forces are are poised and ready for orders whenever they come...Our service personnel and especially our Marines are doing us proud.
If he was a 2nd Lt in 1990 then that was 14 years ago. I believe I was in 16 years when I was promoted to LtCol, so he is nearly ready for that rank... I think you said in April? Congrats to him! Well done!
Get NErmal some Fancy Feast..Taco gets a little of than now and then when he has been especially good kitty..which is always but I don't want a spoiled kitty...
When he wants his mosit food he goes and stands in front of the firdge and looks at it and trys the opensayme but it doesn't work for him..he needs me to pull the handle!
There are so few of us on the earth, yet so many people seems to have a Lith connection... interesting about your teacher. I just met someone yesterday whose husband is part Lithuanian. A guy at work told me last week his ex-wife is Latvian... Lithuanian is considered the world's oldest spoken language in that more words go back to ancient Sanskrit than any other language.
The M and M's (orange kitties) had mashed potatoes with gravy and a little bit of tortilla with cheese tonight. They like fresh food and not dry.
She was a good teacehr.
She got us to laugh when we had to, and got us serious when needed.
There aren't any in my family that are currently known.
A few krauts, one frenchy, a swede, some brits, and possibly a celt or two.
But no-one from Lithuania.
Definitely!
Thank you for all the support. When he was a recruiting officer in LA, he was always getting approached by modeling agencies. I think he only did one shoot for a gun magazine, but he could have made thousands, just had no time or interest. He's extremely good-looking and a perfect poster boy for the Marines. I think he started full-time (after college) approximately '88/'89. He's so excited about his promotion, and that Pres. Bush will be signing the papers.
.
Thank you - I will tell him. Yes, April. His battalion is activated January 4, but they won't necessarily be shipping over there right away. He said there is already a Lt. Colonel with his unit right now, so he may or may not be going to Iraq. If not Iraq, somewhere nearby.
I do that sometimes. I have to be careful to get the ones that are low in ash though. I also have to be careful not to overdo the tuna. The vet told me years ago that it was bad for FUS, which he developed when he was under 2 years old. I've kept it under control with his diet. He does love his tuna, though.
LOL about the fridge. Nermal is that way when he wants milk. Sometimes after he eats, he will just sit there and fuss at me. I'm a little slow sometimes, and wll fuss back at him. Then I will realize he wants some milk. As soon as I give him some, he shuts up.
That's his favorit place looks much better to day!
Kitty looks like it has recovered nicely.....
off to bake some oatmeal cookies..we got tons of company coming this month and I am trying to get ahead with the goodied....be back soon.
Oh the Fancy Feast..that is why Taco gets it maybe once a month. he never had FUS but I just don't what a spoiled puddytat.
