Nice pics! You must have a special lens to do that sort of photography.

No, I don't. I use a tripod and self timer, so there isn't much shake - but at night it's tough. Have to delete a lot of shaky pics and just save the least shaky ones.

How do you get enough light?

I watched the whole blessed game just because it was the Cardinals. I have not been to a game at a stadium since the early seventies, and can count on my hand the number of games I have watched since on tv. We lived in Kansas City right across the freeway from Royal stadium. We used to walk across the access bridge and pay about three dollars each, children free, for regular seats.
My rabid sports daughter warned me not to watch it, as she says that it was rigged to let Boston win for the first time since 1918. I told her she was getting her politics mixed up with sports....but, hmmmmm, she could be correct.

Fall is such a pretty time of year as is spring when all is new.

Oh, and I did not even know that there was no longer a seventh inning stretch with the song "take me out to the ballgame". But, I did like the patriotic theme. And what are the players chewing now...bubble gum? I did not see any of them spitting on the ground.

Good morning everyone.

Good morning Woliff, everyone. It's a chilly day here today. Brrr..I think it's getting time to move on.
That is one gorgeous pic Woliff. You and Westy find some great ones.
To: Woliff
Wow!
Simply stunning.
Good day over there.

Darlin', the news this morning will, I believe, sink Kerry even deeper than one could have hoped. Throughout the campaign, every life raft he has reached for has sprung a leak. This one concerning the missing weapons is the leakiest of all.
The sun is sinking slowly in Senator Kerry's west as he slips beneath the waves.*
*NOTE: Travelogue lingo especially for you.
