I just got a chill reading that THREAD it was a conformation for Bush!
I positively SWEAR by the stuff (the oscillococcinum). I also learned about it around 1999 from someone older and wiser, and we have had some in the cupboard ever since. That company makes some other good products too - like for colds. The flu stuff is miraculous.
That absolutely blew me out of the water last night. I wish I could take poor Mr. O'Neill in my arms. I have never seen such hatred and violence either!!! Then a little bit later, O'D went ballistic repeating "l-sex" and the "l" word OVER AND OVER AND OVER like a madman! I thought he was going to jump out of the tv. I already wrote MSNBC and company, not like it will matter but I have to try.
Nice spider! I can't stop laughing about Mo1's posting right after - so cruel :) I have a friend at work whose husband won't let her have kids or cats (yet) so her pets are black widows.
(email alert from AZ GOP)
Flagstaff Republican Headquarters Vandalized
Democrat Anti-Bush Flyer Found at Crime Scene
Flagstaff, AZ Just one day following an anonymous bomb threat against a Republican Headquarters in Lake Havasu City, the Arizona Republican Party Headquarters in Flagstaff was vandalized. After smashing the front door of the Republican office with a brick, anonymous vandals egged the building. Flagstaff authorities are presently determining if campaign materials are missing. Democrat specific anti-Bush flyers were found at the crime scene.
The vandalism at our Flagstaff office is another sign of the escalation of the violence against our Arizona Republican campaign operations, said Bob Fannin, Chairman of the Arizona Republican Party. Our signs have been systematically defaced with swastikas, offices broken into, and yesterday we received a bomb threat. The Arizona Republican Party will not be intimidated by the politics of hatred in this campaign.
This shows down far down our society, and country, have gone.
Beyond pathetic.
Local Bush/Cheney headquarters robbed
Why in the world do these HQ's leave $$$ laying around?
How genius is that?
If you've ever wanted to be subjected to inhuman labor, get horribly mistreated by boss-men, or find yourself trapped inside a mountain and attacked by a demon, now's your chance. If you're an Asian male, that is.
Extras are needed for an ABC miniseries based on Stephen King's bestselling novel, "Desperation," to be filmed in the Tucson and Bisbee areas from Nov. 2 to Dec. 14. Asian - and specifically Chinese - men, 18 and older, are needed to play 1849 miners and laborers on Nov. 6 and 7 in Bisbee.
Transportation, hotel and meals will be provided for those selected. Extras will also be paid the regular, non-union wage: $60 for the six-hour first day and $100 for the second, a 10-hour day.
Don't fit the description but still want a shot to be in a TV movie? Other extras are needed to play Caucasian miners, townspeople, military personnel, Vietnamese men/women and general background and stand-ins.
Agh, posted wrong, the link is http://www.dailystar.com/dailystar/accent/44686.php
Lord love a duck.
LOL!!!!
Is that Roast or BBQ duck?:)
Thank you for sharing Arizone news it nice to hard another voice!
Hahhaha :) Hauling firewood, fertilizing rose bushes, picking up olives and weeds, chasing cats, nice to sit down and take a break.
You know what I was just thinking is pretty easy to grow - chile peppers. You don't even have to buy seeds. Just plant the ones from the chiles you eat. They have mild ones if you don't like the hot ones, you can string them up, use them in potpourri... They grow like weeds around here; the birds carry the seeds and I find them in my potted plants. That's quite all right; we can always use more peppers. They are excellent for allergies too. I take a chile pepper instead of a Chlortrimeton.
Some sort of an Asian duck, I think.
What a cast call.
That would be so fun to be in - seeing Stephen King in action and all. The setting around Bisbee is mysterious enough by itself.
Well this is also Cold duck, Dead duck Orange duck etc!
Alleged dead goose - someone call PETA.
