The context is larger than my single post. The participants were all watching Fox News Saturday afternoon and most participants - those who posted, anyway - seemed to know what we were all talking about.
Your insistent comments about this thread is curious: isn't it enough to see the date of the origin of the thread is 9/18, and that starting a discussion about the relevance of the thread now is irrelevant? Who really cares? This is old stuff.
Besides, Estrich looks terrible now most of the time, anyway, so that is true all of the time...
