Might want to check the governor's mansion in Lansing, home of the Canadian Trash. Her hubby, Dan, is a big supporter of the liberals getting their own radio networks.
The libs in MI are a bit wacky, but I don't think they're clever enough to pull it off.

Uncle Charlie (The FCC) takes a VERY dim view of anyone blocking or jamming a commercial radio broadcast. If this is actually happening, all that needs to be done is call the cops.
