Home is behind, the world ahead,

Heh, I balanced my checkbook today, too. Well... all right. I compared the numbers I've been entering in my Excel spreadsheet (what? Calculate manually?) to the bank website records. Everything matched. Guess that means I'm ok, huh?
On the other hand, if I make a mistake, I can only blame myself.

No, it was "Hmm, the check I was expecting didn't come today, can I do my shopping tomorrow on what's in checking or do I need to transfer from savings" night, personally.
My bills are few enough I'll probably spend ten minutes once a week making sure my records match the bank's, and that's it.
Now... I think I'm going to start looking at plane tickets. Mom made me call today home today and it reminded me there's not as far to Christmas as one might think.

Did you understand what I was trying to tell you apparently happened with my email? I know they were doing some work on the email server part of my ISP a while back...and it was about that time that my OE quit working.
