I read your entire post and came away confused. You seem to be conflicted in your belief system as there are so many contradictions in your post I could not keep up with them.

Your above statement is just an example. Does that statement actually make sense to you? If you can be arrested and prosecuted for something then you obviously don’t have a right to do it.

I think you are confusing rights with abilities among other things.

Please find a dictionary.

You do not have a right to murder (which is what you are describing here). Nor do you have a right to "go to jail".

You lack a basic understanding of the English language and I believe that this is where most of your problems lie.

Words mean things. You don't grasp that concept.
