Pardon the Percocet induced typo's. I had minor out patient surgery last Monday to help us have more children. Well, the surgery worked but it has been an extremely painful week. It wasn't minor at all. It took a cut tummy and 5 hours of surgery to get the job done. I sit down to read the news but can't post very well or focus my eyes. I had a hard time remembering my friends to put your names up at the top. hahaha

I'm starting to feel a little better now so I'll come in and visit on my walking breaks. Gotta keep moving. Ping me to anything good or obnoxious. ha!

So what's up with everyone? How are your summers going?

Congratulations on the prospect of more children, but 5 hours does not sound like minor surgery to me!!! I hope you start feeling better soon.

Everything is going well here in North Central Texas.

Looks like Summer is about to set in now. Been warm and humid the last couple of days.

My wife is in Shreveport. I drove her down last Sunday and came back on the bus. I left her car there so she can have it while she's there.

She is helping a lady out for a month. The lady had a baby Thursday (day before yesterday) and my wife is playing nursemaid for a month.

I am going down to my Dad's this morning. I was planning to take him out for a Father's Day lunch, but he called yesterday and said he had an invite to go to his brother's and SIL's in Tyler for a fish dinner. So we're going there instead of a buffet place.

Prayers offered for a relief from the pain, Spooky.

We've been getting our heatwave over early this year. It's supposed to cool down over the weekend. Everyone is home on Summer Break now and my mom and other two sisters are coming in today so all the kids will be together for the first time in about 6 years. Should be an interesting week.

Poor spooks...Hope your recovery is quick!

I've been sick. Started as a sore throat, then temp went up, and just declined from there. Started feeling better toward the end of the week. Better today, hope it lasts.

Otherwise, just working a lot, nothin' fun really ('cept FR).
