One guy in the class immediately starts listing off all the "free stuff" we can give her. Like teaching her to be a responsibile mother??
If the kid gets out .. buy a lock for the door ..
If he's bad .. sit him on the chair .. wait happen to that whole time out thing the libs were pushing??

Speaking of diapers, the two year old is not potty trained, and we really don't expect him to be until later, even though he is being put on the potty sometimes. None of my kids were ready till about 2 1/2 yrs and then I just put them in pants and t-shirt .. less cloths to clean .. after a bit of time they didn't like being wet and learned it's beter to use the potty

I know. Sometimes it just boggles the mind how many people have the brain of a gnat. It's because some "expert" told them that's what to do
Don't get me wrong .. there are case where therapy is needed .. but in most cases .. it's a discipline problem where a parents needs to learn and say the word NO .. and mean it

Val, I am laughing so hard at this potty training aspect of the thread. Yall know because you been there and done that already.
But, this two year old grandson is something else, I tell you. Today, I kept him while the rest of them went to a movie. So, in he marches with a package of 'pull ups'. My daughter tells me that they are not going to put him in diapers anylonger, just pull ups.
Well, all during his stay, every time he peed, he took off his shorts and pullup, put on a clean pullup and his shorts...and just smiled.
I think we are doing something wrong here. LOL

Swervie, thanks for the ice cream recipe. Lord love a duck, I have used whiskey for many recipes, but never dreamed of it as an ingredient in ice cream. LOL

I've gone way back here to see what was going on. Babe WHY would you ever call Wings a drunkard??? He's one of the sweetest guys you'd ever want to know. Your WAAAAAAAY OFF the mark. Because some are upset that Wings tried to get Ringy's money back .. and the way he went about it.
Wings is not a drunkard ..

I looked it up, the posts from Ringy. She hasn't posted since July 1...the night of his rampage over several threads. I am also curious as to who cleaned them up for him and why?
He may not be a drunkard, but he is certainly no gentleman to give out private information of her health on a public board. And he is a real cad for trying to slander another poster while in a private contractual dispute.
I hope he never shows his ugly face here again.
To: Conservababe
I'm guessing the mods did .. and I'm guessing they did so because many people wanted the thread back
As for her health .. many of us have known about it for some time .. it's no secret.
As I can't speek for Wings, I'm guessing they tried to handle it privately but they were ignored.
And again, no he is not a drunkard
