Veggieville? I think Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber might have something to say about that.
What a pickle.

I live close to that community, and there is at least one thing PETA-boy needs to learn: there is no school in Slaughterville. Another thing, and he's learning this one--this is cattle country, and no one in this area would be caught dead or alive eating a darned fool veggieburger..

"...suggesting that the town undergo a moniker makeover..." The Mayor should write back, possibly agreeing to the change ... if PETA should change its name to People for the Ethical Treatment of Meat.

From the mouth of Herr Friedrich:
"If we really believe that these animals do have the same right to be free from pain and suffering at our hands, then, of course were going to be, as a movement, blowing stuff up and smashing windows. For the record, I dont do this stuff, but I do advocate it. I think its a great way to bring about animal liberation
I think it would be a great thing if all of these fast-food outlets, and these slaughterhouses, and these laboratories, and the banks that fund them exploded tomorrow. I think its perfectly appropriate for people to take bricks and toss them through the windows, and everything else along the line. Hallelujah to the people who are willing to do it. "

PETA people are adult-children who never grew up. Sad. This used to be a legitimate organization with a reasonable message. Now, it's just a bunch of freak-nutcases.
