Well...if it makes you feel any better, I didn't lose anything this week either. Scale actually said I gained.
On the other hand, I swear I look and feel trimmer.
I should probably go try a scale that I trust as accurate, or better yet just pitch the thing and concentrate on exercise and such.

Mmm... my clothes are looser, but the numbers still look nasty to me. I suppose I should care more about how I feel. Vanity, vanity, all is vanity.

Hey, girls, hang in there! Your running is probably developing a lot of muscle, so you are trimming down but it isn't showing up on the scale yet.
Once your muscles are developed nicely, you'll be burning calories even when you're just sitting in a chair doing nothing!
But don't worry that there's a bit of lagtime for it to show up on the scales, especially if you're feeling and looking trimmer.
Plateaus are a real pain, but they're temporary!

On the other hand, I swear I look and feel trimmer.Muscle weighs more than fat, Rosie, so if you're exercising a lot, you may be replacing fat with muscle, thus the slight weight gain. It will start going down in time. As you exercise, you're getting your bod in shape, so your clothes will naturally fit better!
Good Job!!
