Hey, girls, hang in there! Your running is probably developing a lot of muscle, so you are trimming down but it isn't showing up on the scale yet.
Once your muscles are developed nicely, you'll be burning calories even when you're just sitting in a chair doing nothing!
But don't worry that there's a bit of lagtime for it to show up on the scales, especially if you're feeling and looking trimmer.
Plateaus are a real pain, but they're temporary!

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm not really worried about weight so much as just getting in shape. I'm assuming I'll weigh less when I'm in shape, but that isn't my priority. Still would be a nod that things are actually happening. ;-)
