Or girlfriends. After I get the sex change, on the ex's tab.
Grr... I'm about ready to give up on FR for tonight.

and if I did have to shoot it (not sure why I would if it is a rodent-eater) I think the shotgun would be the only thing with a chance of hitting it. The little bugger was tiny, and really fast! Probly true, if it is far away from the bunny at the time. The snakeshot loads in the .357 proved to be remarkably effective against that norway rat a couple of weeks ago. Easy hit, but then again they're only good out to about ten or fifteen feet max.

Heh...so you've "known" some of us for quite a while?I don't remember noticing the names of individual posters, I just remember cracking up whenever I saw that someone had bumped the thread to the top of the list and it was driving the non-Tolkien FReepers nuts--I was cheering for whoever was doing that :)

My Dad is a Bob. But he's a very GOOD Bob. Most of the time, anyway.

Oh, there are good Bobs. It just happens to be one of the more amusing names out there, is all.
I really am going to bed, see you tomorrow morning!

Heh...that was back in the days of The Nazgul Republican (FR screenname TNRepublican) and other ancient trolls of renoun. Every so often someone would come in and lambast us for keeping the thread going. At this point I think they've just accepted that we aren't going away. And the forums are divided, of course.
But I was VEY happy to see the return of the "View all forums" feature. I LIKE my news, chat, etc. all lumped together. It's more fun that way!

Oh, there are many Bobs in this world, and not all are evil. Just most of them. They could all be avatars of Bob Dobbs--there's lotsa evidence of that. . .
BTW, just got your email--will send you the next chapters in a few.
To: Ramius
I still can't believe you guys shot a Norway rat right on the porch.
I used to have some of those snake shot loads for .357. Think I finally shot them up.

I had a hard time believing it at the time. There wasn't even any alcohol involved. Dona was kinda' grossed out by the whole thing. The little critter really kicked and bled for some seconds.
It's especially odd since that time that I was spooked coming down to the front door coming home (with nobody home)... just as I was putting the key in the door there was a crashing noise of stuff being knocked over off to the right at the corner of the house...
Scared the crap outta me. It took all of about .2 seconds for me to draw the .45 from my bag and rack a round into the chamber and draw down on the noise... only to find a stinkin' raccoon looking back at me.
The little bastard just sat there looking at me... like "I dare you...". No fear at all. I really thought about pulling the trigger, but I didn't. I figured the neighbors might react badly to the sound of gunshots.

Got any apple cores to pitch at him?
OK, I gotta get to bed. Shoulda gone awhile ago, really!
Good night!
