Heh...that was back in the days of The Nazgul Republican (FR screenname TNRepublican) and other ancient trolls of renoun. Every so often someone would come in and lambast us for keeping the thread going. At this point I think they've just accepted that we aren't going away. And the forums are divided, of course.

I've noticed that there are some Tolkien-haters out there--I bet that Bill Ferny is lurking somewhere spying on us. . .
