Congratulations. What I've always been looking for -- a girl with brains! Sounds like a great addition to the Physicist clan.
I had to Google, because I'm not up to speed on Welsh mythology. The name Rhiannon means Great Queen.

Heartiest congratulations from the RightOnline household. :)

Congratulations. If this is your first....you're doomed. If not...then you already know this.

LOL - love the little smile on her face in the third photo. Congrats again.
You do realize that the score is now 4-2, XX leading XY, in the Physicist household, right? You and your son will never be able to leave the seat up again... ;)

Congrats to your lovely family -- both of mine were born at UPenn too! (Although the second was almost born on the Schuykill!)

Actually, this one was born at Lankenau hospital, and the first three at Riddle Memorial hospital in Media, PA. We went to Lankenau this time because that's where our obstetrician relocated. At least he's still in PA!

Hoping Mama Physicist is resting comfortably.Unfortunately, she's having a rough go of it. She's perfectly healthy--no complications--but having a lot of postoperative pain. That's to be expected with her fourth C-section.
To: Physicist
Oh, bless her. Hoping the medical staff is doing everything possible to help her. There is no easy recovery, other than time and rest. And I assume it isn't easy for you to watch her in such discomfort, either.
I'll keep her in my thoughts, and hope that she is able to sleep through some of it.
Best wishes.

You are lucky. Our plan (not sure about His, of course) is that our family is complete, so hopefully we won't have to worry about OBs anymore! Congrats again.
To: Physicist
CONGRATS! (I was born at Riddle).

Our plan (not sure about His, of course) is that our family is completeLOL, that's what we said after our son was born. Sophie is living proof of the inefficacy of condoms. This time around, though, we have taken more drastic measures.
