A GOOD A.M. TO ONE AND ALL FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA!!!!
Boy oh boy, poor little ole Jacko, that fella has a problem no, several problems the main being he likes 'little boys'.
Roughed up? Don't think so and besides, if you just would say 'Boo' to him he would have to change his pants.
We got some rain coming in on the coast today and it is going to be heavy. I was going to the farm but think I will put it off until tomorrow.
The bank is dragging its feet on getting the loan done for the house for the kids, I told them to tell them to get with the program or go somewhere else. Holidays are one thing but business is business you know. They are just not doing the paperwork, everything else if done and hey, I am ready to get the ball rolling so I can get moved, the sooner the better. I do plan to start my construction very soon----the chicken coop and the 'outhouse' storage shack, half moon in the door and all.
Well, my Gd is growing up for sure, she got a portable CD player for Christmas and her ears are covered with the ear phones, she is playing her 'Creed' CD.s and singing with the music ummmmm, where have I seen this before as I told my daughter. She is only 8 and again, history repeats itself.
The candidates for the dem presidents race is more like the 3 stooges, don't you just love i? John Kerry saying that Dean is not qualified? Are any of them qualified? Don't think so. Maybe Ralf Nader will jump in again and make them all mad -- again. Look at ole Terrible Terry, he is deep 'stuff' if Dean does get the nod why, that would make the King and Queen mad, Billyboy and Hill-000h-Ree mad and sheesh, they just might throw a hissy-fit. Ever see the back Billyboy neck? it is red thus a registered, certified redneck.
The kids are going to New Orleans today so I am going to be here all by myself so, wonder what I am going to do, rain, only turkey in the fridge yep, me and the four walls. Hope the kids bring me a 'surprise' back, I told them to when they left (you see, you never get old, the youth always comes back to you).
Prayers for all on this wonderful day, for OUR President W and the troops and when you walk out of your home today, take a smile with you and use it. Toby

Good Morning, everyone!
Neets - know what you mean about becoming spoiled on vacation.
It appears as though Dean may have confronted McAwful over attack strategy against the Republicans. If that's the case, I wonder what will start to surface about Dean over the next 6 weeks...
Have a wonderful day, everyone! I have to go live in the moment.

Hello there.
Just a note to any talk radio listeners. I am hearing that today the O'Reilly program will be guest hosted by Jay Severin. Jay has a very popular program here in Boston. He is incredibly extreme, marvelously articulate, and he is unlike anyone that I have ever heard on the radio before. He is actually Libertarian, so he may express contrary views to some.
I am very curious to hear how he will sound when broadcasting nationally.

Good afternoon.
Hubby had a few tears when he saw Brett's reaction when he knew they were in the playoffs.

Good day, everyone. I hope that one and all have had a blessed Christmas holiday.
I went to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History to view the travelling "September 11" exhibit. The museum was smart to have tissue velcroed to the walls in various places. It's hard to believe this happened over 2 years ago. I found that my anger still simmers beneath the surface when I see the reminders. How sad that many people in this country have forgotten exactly what we are now fighting for.
I don't know what had the most impact on me given everything they had on display. If I had to narrow it down I would have to say it was two things. The first, a still picture of the towers: first tower in flames and smoke, with the airplane preparing to slam into the second tower. The second was a twisted steel beam from the building which you are allowed to touch.
I don't know where this exhibit goes from here, but if it comes to your city, I recommend seeing it.

Jay Severin used to sub on the WABC radio network here once in a while.
Plus he used to write op's for the MSNBC web site.

It was absolutely amazing. We were watching the game on TV and listening to the radio play-by-play, as we always do........the TV guys had gone to a commercial at the 2-minute warning. Our radio guys had a monitor in the booth and were watching the Vikings game. They did a play-by-play of the end of THAT game! We were all jumping up and down and screaming! You could hear the roar of the crowd in the background.........a LOT of the people there had either radios or portable TV's, or were watching monitors in the luxury boxes. I wish I would have run outside at that time, because I KNOW I would have heard the roar from the stadium (we live less than a mile from Lambeau Field.) (and in fact earlier in the day, when I had to run to the drugstore just before half-time, I DID hear roaring, and found out that Ahman Green had just made a huge run.)
When the TV came back on they were showing the Packers sideline.....they had just figured out what was going on, because of the fans' reaction, and then THEY all started going nuts!
What an unbelievable turn of events. The Vikings literally led the division all year until the last SECOND of the last game of the season.......and the Packers end up division champions! Ya gotta love it. Well, unless you're a Viqueens fan.;^)
