Yeah, I guess so, but unfortunately a sewing machine is one of those power tools you just have to practice with till one day it becomes natural and easy.

Don't knock it. I have done a great deal of hand sewing! I have even made clothes and costumes by hand. I was pretty fast too. I never had much patience with "machinery." I've gotten better over the years. People who knew me were amazed when I got a computer.

Here's one Swervie will like....it was Thanksgiving Day and there was a big pot luck feast at the Garden of the Gods (I made several pots of brown rice flavored with various kinds of vegetables). Well, anybody knows that food tastes better high, so we climbed up in the rocks to smoke a joint. In this picture I was rolling it. It's a scan of a copy so the quality is pretty poor. I'm not sure where the original is. Yes, I was a hardcore hippie, until I started realizing what ideological idiots I was hanging around with. Hehehe...

Cold - I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!! We woke up to a blizzard again. I heard the wind whipping around as I got up my usual three times during the night to water the dog. AND I didn't get invited either Sharky. Wonder why that is??? LOL I'm sure you and the LL have a busy time planned tho. I have to work on Monday and THEN I can start my usual Christmas blitz. I have done NOT ONE thing yet. I have not had time. I have to do all the shopping, all the wrapping, all the cooking, get the lights and tree up,and try to be cheerful for 17 people.!!I'd much rather be sitting in Puerta Vallarata!!
