Well, here in Missouri, it is not against the law to carry an unconcealed weapon. I have seen many do so...but everyone gives them a wide berth and most are not allowed in business establishments.

Our country has been brainwashed by the anti-gun crowd. And we let them do it, in our apathy.

I don't know if it would be armed war lords, but militias are ready to take control of chaos, because they are prepared.

I believe in everyone keeping as much canned goods and ammo as the foundation of their house will support, and as many guns as will fit indoors, but I'll be damned if I can see any difference between some 'Militia Colonel' with more tattooes than teeth and an 'Armed Warlord'.
Both are gonna do exactly what they like and everyone else be damned, if they get the chance.

In some states, such as Missouri, some militias are state sanctioned. They are called to help sometime along side law and military in a crisis situation, such as floods.

I think your caricature of the militia member is absurd.

Hillary's running in 2004. Yes, the economy's coming back, and I trust our side to have things under control in Iraq. And I think we'll probably have the whereabouts of Osama and Saddam nailed down by then (literally, I hope!). But I believe she's looking at the big Overall, and now is her time. Let's get the obvious one out of the way: She ain't gettin' no younger.
