You cannot post a picture that's on your hard drive. It must be on a website. For help, click below:

The picture must be on a server with URL reference for you to post it.
The html code is as follows: <_img src="URLfilename"_> (remove the underscores)
Thus, if you enter <img src="http://graphics.fansonly.com/schools/tcu/graphics/tcu-tickets-splash-3.jpg"> you get

If you have a picture and you are here (apparently!). You must have 5-10 MegaBytes for a website, right? To transfer things to your website what do you do?
You FTP it, right? I use WS_FTP for my own. In order to FTP your stuff to your website, you have your website's address, right?
Once your picture is at that site, you can transfer it here. The reason is that picture must be on an internet server other than just your own computer.
It's better that way, because you will be hit by all sorts of wackos looking for people just like you. Like unshaven, drooling, glassey-eyed, unemployed porn and drug-addicted folks you don't want around. Those are called hackers. Think about roaches who are bored. I know about them. Once in a while someone tries to hack into MY system and I send them a flood of viruses to keep them busy for kicks. They have an open port, you see. Just don't bore me!!

I want to post a picture on here. Could someone explain in a simple/stupid way how I can do it? Fragment your primary semiconductors, then de-Gauss the igneous bi-directional unit.
Note that this method falls more in the 'stupid' rather than 'simple' category.
