If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and I...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Anger can be a useful tool

turn the energy
out side of you

and don't hurt you
or me or others

we all have hearts
and sons and mothers

If you find you cannot
abide in this place
I will miss your face

But we do what we have to do
even tho a shoe may pinch
truth is tough and I feel

One must march to the drumbeat
they feel

I will sing my songs here
in this place of rest
for I have stood and
passed the test

I write as I choose
a poet with a loving muse

What's a matter Sam, you got rain???

A little wet this morning!! LOL

Join the club. I don't see the sun here very often, maybe in January when it's so cold you can see your breath.

    That shower felt so good
Cold, hot, wet, and wild

Temperment of a child
Caustic wit and then mild

This is who I am
I rage, and I love at once

I learned something this last hour
I need not to show my power

There is a new thing I will do
This note here is to show you

Exactly the truth

I will fight aphids

I am going back to the Garden

In my garden you will see
the beauty of the inner me

of color and light
a love of things green

of purple of reds
and in between
pinks and limes
orange and blue
pansies small
with faces too

of ferns soft and hairy
the landing place of
the faery and where
My Dragon Fly dwells
far away from the hells
of war and killing
and all things dark

with lightning bugs
in the dark
their glow does
cast a shallow light
makes me joyful
in the night

when all is quiet
in the night
I have no fear
in my garden delight...

Take a seat and sit
with me and feel the
calm, as if by the sea...

Some say that all colors bleed to one
Others say, there is no time for fun

I am not of either stripe
I am just a different type

I can do this so easily
But it sounds like vanity

It is indeed, but more
This what I have it for

Two sides to every thing
That's exactly what I bring

Mostly, I love to laugh
I am very good at that

When laughter goes
I dwell on woes

I bring this as well
My roots make me tell

I have many things to say
All for free and no pay

I know a bit of some things
And understand what Freedom brings

Infinite poem sits right here
I can do it have no doubt

I miss Coteblanche, and the sweetness of her thread
This is part of my rage, you know what I mean

I perceive a lot, but I not eloquent.

This is what I do.

    Thanks.
Sorry about the multi-day lag in response.
My machine is currently down with a bad bios update.

So I'm randomly bouncing about as I can when I can.
*Sigh*
Hopefully late Thursday will be the day I'm back up and running.

Did I tell you I love you?
And if I did, did you hear me?
It's hard to sit here hand to stone
It's hard to go from two - one.
I think of what we said
and regret the things we didn't say
I think of what was and cry
Fly... so high, in the tear stained sky
I cry at night - life now feels like a lie
I want to see your face
And all I want to say - what to say?
Did I tell you I love you?
And if I did, did you hear me?
It's hard to sit here all alone
It's hard to find no-one here at home
I think of what we said
and regret the things we didn't say
I think of what was and I cry
Cry... at night, float on the star shimmer'd sea
I die inside - hurt so much to say goodbye
All I ask is why you had to die...

I told you I loved you
and you laughed
why I don't know
maybe cause you
can't handle it
and that's your
way of dealing with
things you don't
understand

or you have the
shield of protection
up so no one can
hurt you

I don't want to hurt
you just to love you...

your five o'clock shadow
your need to read
your smile
I miss most of all

I love you to the
narrow marrow
of my bones and hurt
that deeply when
you are all those
miles away from me

Oh yes, my nights
are tear soaked pillows
red eyes and sadness
etched on my face
my blue glacier eyes
are cold to flirting
with others in light
but I will fly by and
wink a quick one
in your direction
and toss my head
for attention

and bleed my heart
most days in light
rack my brain
to remember if
I ever heard you
say I love you
to me....

no you did not
and that is the biggest
hurt you left me with

Had alot of time to think lately.
And if all goes well, I shall be back up and fully running on Thursday the 20th around 4-ish or 5-ish my time.

Got a fraggo of something that is based on a song that has been playing..

Here without you
Shed tears across the screen
And you haunt me every night in dreams
Here without you
My mind rewinds across this scene
And this night fades out in history

Fade out plays across the screen
when all then turns to green
lilacs never did please you
only roses did I tease you

Placed them on my pillow
smelling sweet in the willow
come with me to the hollow
of the haunting reeds

    my lights went out
bowed & broken I stood before you
the soul fires of my heart burned low again
 as the lights went out
You belong to me, my mortal man
can't you see, even for you there is a plan
you were meant to live, to run
even if your soul fires go out
your eyes will open to life, again
 tears soaked my calloused heart
I pressed forward, absolution to gain
but for you I cried out tears like rain
a staccato tune of sorrowful calling
closing my eyes I fely myself falling
my ghosts came haunting me always
through the wisp ,ists I saw her again
Your heart will emnd, my father - my friend
can't you see, even for you there is a plan
you were meant to live, to run
even if your soul fires go out
your eyes will open to life again
I saw the words on her stone
 and my lights went out
ragged and torn I tood before you
the soul fires of my heart burned low again
 as my lights went out

    bowed and broken
I have spoken
my last love
song to you
my heart has
shrunken to a
little hard core
never to hear
your love song again

rain rain over me over
wash my insides
clean with only
fire ash to remain
fire my soul to be
whole to be with you

in the afar land
kindred spirits
on the wind
blowing chaff
rememeber him
never never let
our lite dim

test the shamans whisper
wear the robe
hear the trump blare
jump the hump

of the buffalo
and ride the wind again
