Yes, that tells me the Northeast Intelligence Network was a little bit gullible in this instance. In their text they supposedly ruled out the brush-cutting explanation. Yeah, right. Could use a bit more healthy skepticism. I will have to be more skeptical myself of their intelligence scoops in the future, but its always possible they will come up with a golden nugget someday. (I process Debka the same way). So the radiation probe explanation augers in.

Yep. On our old farm the electric company would come by with an attachment like that hanging from the helicopter clearing branches away from the power lines in the hills.
