Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

I've found out more about tunnels than I ever wanted to know, in the last 2 days. Every single one of those cities, where terrorist have been known to operate, have tunnels, used for one reason or another.

Seems strange reports from locals center around the ones in NY state, NM, AZ. Some weirdness in Mo. I don't draw any conclusions from that, just took note of it.

SPECULATION: Yes, Saad bin Laden is supposed to be in Iran and so is Al-Zawahiri (sp?). Saad is in his 20's I believe.

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "Agricultural experts say the recent indictment of former executives at a Maine biological laboratory for allegedly mislabeling and smuggling poultry viruses into the United States highlights illegal practices that could have caused disaster for the poultry industry.

And the practices may be more widespread than anyone knows because they are not easily uncovered by authorities.

"I would speculate that there is more of this going on than we know about," said Dr. Don Hoenig, Maine's state veterinarian.

Three former executives from Maine Biological Laboratories in Winslow face federal charges, including conspiracy and mail fraud, for allegedly smuggling the virus that causes avian influenza into the country from Saudi Arabia.

A Saudi customer wanted the lab to use the virus to secretly manufacture a vaccine so that Saudi authorities would not find out about an outbreak of the potentially devastating disease in one of its flocks, authorities allege.

Charged are: Dennis Guerrette, 40, of Brunswick, the laboratory's former chief financial officer, who left the company in 2002; Thomas Swieczkowski, 47, of Vassalboro, the former vice president of production, who left the company in April; and Marjorie Evans, 41, of Belgrade Lakes, former vice president of quality assurance and regulatory affairs, who left the company in May.

Guerrette and Swieczkowski will be arraigned Monday in federal court in Bangor. Evans pleaded innocent at her arraignment last Tuesday.

In addition to the smuggling allegations, the executives are accused of altering expiration dates on vaccine labels and mislabeling batches of vaccine for overseas customers to help them avoid import costs.

In some cases, batches were mislabeled because the customers did not have the proper licenses and permits. In other cases, customers asked that multiple batches of vaccine be labeled as a single batch."

Very true. In fact, I think I have images taken from an Islamic site on the Image section of my site of both a cell and pager detonator. Don't worry - the images are common and prolific on the net, so it's not new. I posted them not as plans, but as being taken from the plans of an Islamic militant.
