Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

THEN they will a) stand out like sore thumbs b) be incapable of doing anything highly skilled or technical or c) organized in a fashion that represents a real 'threat'.

Zealots, fanatics, et al are still human, just like you and me, and we both lose our edge for those things (skills) we do not keep current on with repeated use (bascially: training).

Nearly forgot about it,....wasn't the overweight guy mumbling "19" over and over again outside the White Castle burger joint recently,...the one who got in a fight with investigating officers and died in custody? Seems to be a lot of synchronicity with the number '19' recently.

In the cities I researched, so far, following that terrorist center map, posted upstream here, the only one that I haven't uncovered a tunnel connection is Plainfield, In.

OK - have been lurking (mostly) on this thread for days...since all theories seem to be on the table, here's my 2 cents on meaning of "Belly of the Eagle." I take the Eagle to be a name for the United States...therefore the belly of the Eagle would be the heartland, say Oklahoma or Kansas.

Take it one step further. Look at the shape of the state of Texas, home state of our president. Can you imagine it as an eagle with wings spread? The belly of that Eagle (Texas) would be somewhere in central Texas. I would think the state of Texas would be of great symbolic meaning to the Jihadists-- it would be an added insult to Bush if they could hit us there. (I hope not...I live in Texas.)

As far as the great, dark cave goes - there is an obvious one that I haven't seen mentioned yet....Carlsbad Caverns, New Mexico. (Although I really think the cave reference is more symbolic than physical.)

Man dies after brawl with city police officers

...About 5:50 a.m. a White Castle employee called 911 to report that a man had passed out in the grass outside the restaurant.

"He's breathing, but he keeps hollering 19," she told the call taker.

When emergency medical personnel arrived, Jones was awake and "becoming a nuisance" at the restaurant, according to a tape of radio transmissions in which firefighters ask police to respond.

In the video, Jones walks toward an officer, who yells, "Stay back."

Jones then lunged, swinging at the officer's head before he stumbled into the officer, taking him down.
