In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of word for the day. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the word of the day; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. Practice makes perfect.....post on....
conniption \con*nip*shun\, noun:
1. A fit of violent emotion, such as anger or panic. Also called conniption fit.
One can but hope that the trend in California sweeps the nation and we see a decisive victory in the 2004 elections. With that, it is a fervent desire that we see the DNC rolling in a conniption fit the likes of which we have never seen before. Besides being somewhat triumphant, it would be purely amusing. --RikaStrom WFTD Teacher.

It is slow here, too, but just FR. Everywhere else is running at normal speed.

what's a nikky hilton? Is that a hotel in hawaii?? Tiger and Dubs, please don't post any pictures. As much as I enjoy seeing them, I don't think the servers can take it this morning. The FR servers are running so sloooooooowwww this morning that NH graphics would probably shut us down.

I had a conniption this morning when I saw that the
WSJ carried this piece of tripe. Why bother giving them any attention? The people who read it already know what a joke Clark is.
Is anyone else having a slow server day for this site? The other sites all seem to be fine but it is s-l-o-o-o-w her this morning.

Skeletor is a good name for Maria. With a face that bony and the skin stretched that tight over that big old jaw and that long hair, someone should tell her ENOUGH. No more surgeries, cut back the mop and put some flesh into that smile. She looks scary.

Another Interesting Word!
Hillary Clinton has created a fantastic quandary for voters and candidates for President in Democrat Party. While many feel she harmed herself with the conniption she threw earlier this year regarding the so-called impugning of her patriotism, the release of her opusculum biography have sent many Democrat strategists into cerebration over her pending candidacy. Of course, the messy potage facing her comes from the potential fact that President Bush may be unbeatable. As long as that remains likely, I doubt that Queen Hillary will attempt a run. Thank God!

(Pokes head into slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwly loading classroom. Idlely wonders why xsex is coming in slow motions as she passes by, since usually she is always so fast.)
Homework:
The democrats "marketed" Bush's age-old college drinking conviction for several weeks before they could get "somebody" to print it just days before the 2000 election. But once printed (anywhere) they sure raised a conniption conviction fit.
It takes little suspicion to believe that the LA Times conn job by holding Arnold's story until days before the recall was equally planned to create a congription conniption fit in the voters.
(Gee ....... It didn't work. )
