As Rush always used to say "Look at all the material we are going to have..."
People are more involved in politics that ever since jut the last 2 years.
Now should come the most satisfying "I told you so's"

If this is all about just “keeping Trump in check”, I wonder if the naive voters realize how ugly it’s about to get.
The bad part is, the legacy media will frame all of the attacks on the White House in a positive light.
The only solace is that the legacy media doesn’t have a monopoly on the narrative anymore.
the legacy media doesn’t have a monopoly on the narrative anymore - Social Media is far worse

I seriously don’t think they have the self awareness to care about themselves. As long as they are “socially justified” is as far as their concern goes. At that point they can blame others.
They are persecuted and brainwashed.
On the bright side, I was right. Hochul was reelected in NY. And, unlike Abbott in Texas, if she runs for a fourth or fifth or even sixth term, she’ll be reelected.
If we had to lose seats I am glad at least one of the was Collins!
I agree, Tony
I was hoping Rogers would win in Mi
And Dan Sullivan in AK.
But I am very happy next FL governor will be DeSantis protege. Better yet, Amendment #3 passed. Will cut my property tax by $1600. That gives me plenty wiggle room to pay higher sales tax.
Undoubtedly the Rats will overreach after such a stunning victory, so there’ll be plenty they’ll screw up.
Not yet. If the socialists continue to grow and they put AOC or braindead Harris into the White House, then we’ll have reason to worry.
I think this was gift, really. I’m sad about it, but I understand. I’m not surprised. The Republicans need an ego check. They’re a terrible caucus and have fallen well below any recognizable standard of constitutional conservatism. If they aren’t having serious conversations right now at the RNC about re-injecting God, nationalism, and patriotism back into their platforms, I hope they fall apart like the whigs and a new caucus that does espouse those tenets takes over.
I live in Maine.
Granted, Collins was no prize package, but she voted for Trump’s tax cuts in both terms and the vast majority of his judicial picks.
Her democrat replacement will not vote for any tax cuts and he will vote against ALL of Trump’s judicial nominees.
That’s my point. They’ll screw up enough that even useful idiots will see the light and put republicans back in power.
And yes, it is a cycle.
I know a guy that thinks he can “send a message “ with his vote. If the message is “I’m an idiot,” then, yeah,..we knew that.
One big difference I’ve said several times is that this was over Iran war and the ensuing prices in gas.
So for Republicans the issue is simple. Ignore Israel, cease fighting Iran, continue to have Venezuela pump oil into the market to saturate it as much as possible.
If oil prices drop, Iran will take forever to recover, and the prices will go down.
Thinking that this could get VERY ugly....maybe even turn into something of a civil war, but it needn’t if everybody would use their heads. Under the present situation I know that’s asking a lot.
