So someone registered my wife (Not a US Citizen) to vote. I called FBI to report it and local police. Local Police just sent me back to the FBI.
In other words no one will do anything about it. The system is made to protect the fraud.

It would be interesting to know if your local Republican committee is set up and prepared to deal with voter fraud. They ought to have contacts with people at the federal level who might care about such things.
That is outrageous
Talk to your local newspaper and a couple of radio stations. Talk to the county clerk. Talk to your Republican state and county committees.
Your message is simple. Someone is commiting voter fraud. There is no reason to think your wife is the only case. Stir the pot, and if no one in authority does anything, try to turn it into an election issue.
Find out when the registration was submitted and see if there’s anything trackable.

Can you find out what polling station they assigned her? Where is she supposed to vote?
Have your wife show up (not mail, I assume)...at your county elections office and tell them...bet others have also been registered...they might care more. Or tell local GOP organization party. Call a conservative news org. Make a scene.

Demand a police report. Fill out an affidavit and file it with your sheriff. Federally, FBI might not dedicate resources but ICE is hiring like no tomorrow.
The most common way non-citizens are registered is by motor-voter. They legitimately apply for a drivers license or state ID and are automatically registered to vote. One has to go out of one’s way to decline to be registered to vote.
Check that first.
Of course, it is most often NOT NON-CITIZENS who vote fraudulently...but VOTE HARVESTERS who don’t care if the person they “help vote” is dead, or a minor 161-17 or a non-citizen or what.
Right. Once a person is registered and ballots go out in the mail, there is NO chain of custody.
Isn’t it part of the FBI’s mission statement to help the Democrats and hurt the Republicans?

If FBI in Richmond isn’t interested, you can try the election board for York County, or just go ahead and try to remove the registration yourself.
If nothing is done about it, I would keep an eye on elections down there and if a candidate you would like actually loses, send the candidate documentation of your efforts to remove the fraud.

Police in your district say, “call the Feds”. Feds don’t care because it’s “a local matter”. Locals don’t care because it’s a Federal Matter.
Go to your local election office and have your bride removed from the voter roll. Before someone votes for her. Keep paperwork.
