America, I regret to inform you that the Clancy jurors are still talking.
One juror in particular is continuing to do massive damage to the credibility of the 11-1 decision that resulted in a mistrial. Nine "angry women" and two beta-males were unwilling to convict Clancy, and it increasingly looks like they had an axe to grind.
The lone holdout juror — a black man effectively doxxed in a smear campaign — was ultimately able to hold true to his convictions despite what looks like an agenda-driven environment.
The picture these women are painting with their needless comments is that they were belligerently pushing a narrative to get the lone holdout to cave and acquit an accused murderer.
That poor man. He should never have to buy his own drink in America again.
According to an outspoken juror, Paula Devlin, the jury saw the Clancy case as a chance to promote a "feminist" cause.
“We knew that this was a turning point, and this would be something that could change something to make it better for other women. You know, justice for those children is this never happening again,” juror Paula Devlin said.
This is wildly inappropriate. In the aftermath of the predictable fallout, she gave fresh remarks to Fox News Digital.
An outspoken juror on the Lindsay Clancy murder trial is denying allegations of bias while acknowledging the case gave her a chance to have a "conversation started" on the topic of women's mental health and postpartum-related illnesses.
"We didn't know what was going on outside of that room, but we knew that we had a chance to get a conversation started that could change something, that could maybe stop this from ever happening again," said Paula Devlin, 65, in an interview with Fox News Digital. "I think, that's one of the reasons why we feel — or I feel — so strongly about this is that I hope that no other woman or husband has to go through this."
This doesn't help. She is stubbornly insisting on using the criminal case to send a "message."
But a criminal case is not about a "message." It is not about a political agenda. It is not about social identity. It is not about you.
It is about one person's actions and those who may have been harmed by that person. That is all a criminal case is about.
When a juror shows this much poor judgment, it can easily be seen how other jurors believed it was their "job" to rehabilitate the image of Lindsay Clancy, whom they believed suffered from postpartum psychosis.
The Lindsay Clancy case thus turned into a variation of the cause "believe all women."
That is why this case has endured in the headlines, despite the mortifying details of the case.
Every normal person sympathizes with the victims — three innocent children who died at the hands of their mother.
But the case revealed something nearly as horrific: Americans who believe that everything is political.
This is what nascent totalitarianism looks like. It isn't always announced by jackbooted soldiers; oftentimes, it is quietly ushered in by people who no longer recognize justice.

The next time you are summoned for Jury duty, don’t try to get out of it. Because these are the people who end up on juries. They are idiots. They are more interested in being on Oprah or Netflix than they are in following the court’s instructions.
AWFULs
None of this comes as any surprise to anyone. Feminists ceded their souls and their future to Satan long ago. Read Romans 1 as evidence.
Of course they determined to free this murderer. They've been responsible for supporting a regime that has murdered more people than Hitler and Mao combined.
If they callously support the murder of the unborn, they certainly will see nothing wrong with an equally evil woman murdering her young children.
Remember that preacher's wife? Winkler something or other? She shotgunned her husband to death, and got off scot free because he wanted her to wear sexy clothes. The horror!!!
More juror misconduct, but this stupid old hag and her pals don’t even know it. Here’s some more juror misconduct: the juror who wanted to convict but voted to acquit because she didn’t think the defendant “would get the help she needed” in prison. Reliance on the supposed expertise of two nurses in the panel. Jurors are instructed that they can rely on their own life experience, but it is misconduct for them as a group to rely on their own life expertise of any expert who wasn’t a witness at the trial.
Not misconduct but you had to love the one beta cuck male juror who has spoken out.
So, of all the jurors, the only one who cared about the WHITE children was a BLACK man.
These chicks seem to be thrilled with the celebrity treatment the media is giving them. They’ll find it’s short lived after they get tossed to the shoulder.
It’s Massachusetts, fuhgeddaboudit..........
I would also add that the comments by these vocal jurors in which they stated that they were swayed in part by the testimony of others (including her mother in law) that she was a good mother is not a basis for making definitive decisions. Narcissists, for example (and I know nothing substantive about Ms. Clancy and am not stating she is one) are very well aware of the image they are projecting of themselves. Narcissistic mothers, for example, can appear to be model mothers to the outside world, while being poor parents in reality.
Reuben James in real life..................
A standard, brainwashed Karen with stupid, meaningless slogans
She should be mocked at all times.
Moral to the story, if you are the DA, dont have women on your jury, especially if its a jury involving a woman murdering her kids, they will side with the woman every single damn time because to them its about abortion, til the moment of birth and beyond
I propose we pass some legislation that regulates juries. No more than half of jurists can be women.
Any who had should have been disqualified for bias from serving on the jury. They would be unable to convict Lindsay Clancy of murder for doing essentially the same thing as they had done.
You are confusing the meaning of two very different words. The term “psychopath” and “psychosis” refer to very different conditions.
Psychopathy is characterized by a lack of empathy and antisocial behavior. Psychosis involves a disconnection from reality, often including delusions and hallucinations.
If you’re on the jury, your job is to decide guilt or innocence, based solely on the facts of the case. Not to “start a conversation.” Not to forward some agenda.
If you can’t do that, then you don’t need to be on the jury.
Couldn’t the judge find her in contempt of court now that she’s blabbed all of this? She’s basically admitted that she herself was not making a decision based on the facts of the case and the letter of the law, but based on her own personal agenda and thoughts.
Back in the day, in some parts of the country, a black man on trial accused of raping a white woman was guaranteed to be convicted. Convicting him sent a message irrespective of the evidence or his guilt or innocence.
Most of us see clearly Whats wrong with this. Why then, is it somehow reasonable to so many women (mostly) to acquit a murderer who committed one of the most evil crimes imaginable just to send a message?
This case revealed something horrific.

Was this jury sequestered? I didn't think so. In this case, we are to accept the word of a Leftist juror (given that Leftists lie as easily as they breathe to advance their cause) that they didn't "know what was going on outside that room"?
Because I don't buy that lie. Sure, they might not have known while they were in "that room", but didn't they go home at night?
