When it comes to investigating and exposing voter fraud in Michigan, Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf is arguably the most committed law enforcement official in the state.
This evening, after speaking with a whistleblower who works at the Michigan Secretary of State’s office, he dropped a major bombshell that should make every United States Senator who’s been resisting the idea of signing on to the SAVE Act, which would require every voter to prove their citizenship, think twice.
MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf Here’s a quick summary of Sheriff Dar Leaf explaining how non-citizens are allegedly automatically registered to vote and how difficult it is to detect and remove them:
• A confidential informant who works for the Michigan Secretary of State’s office told him that non-citizens are automatically registered to vote when they change their address.
• The customer and automotive records system is programmed to congratulate and inform those non-citizens that they have been registered to vote.
• When the informant showed proof to a supervisor, the supervisor claimed the county clerk would catch and remove non-citizens. Leaf states that this is incorrect: clerks receive access to the Qualified Voter File only after the Secretary of State has already registered the person, and the QVF itself does not flag citizenship status.
• Once on the rolls, the person can request a mail-in ballot or vote in person with an ID card; polling places do not verify citizenship.
• Leaf says his office has referred the matter to the U.S. Department of Justice for investigation of possible conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C. § 611 (unlawful voting by non-citizens) by placing non-citizens on the voter rolls and into the jury pool.
• He is also asking the Michigan Legislature to act immediately to stop the practice.
• He encourages anyone with additional evidence to contact his office or their local sheriff, closing with: “You know this is wrong, it’s time to act.”

The feature is hardwired into the system. Local clerks have zero ability to override or block it. Even worse, clerks are locked out of any meaningful way to verify or determine a voter’s citizenship status.
This isn’t a glitch. It’s built into the software itself—leaving Michigan’s voter rolls wide open to ineligible registrants every time an address changes.
And now, she wants Michigan residents to choose her as their next governor! 😂😂😂😂
No wonder Michigan’s Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is refusing to turn over the voter rolls to the DOJ for them to remove non-citizens. She knows how important it is to keep non-citizens who rely on taxpayer-funded services, which Democrats reliably support, on Michigan’s voter rolls.

DAR Leaf is widely considered to be one of the absolute most Constitutional Sheriff’s in our Republic.
My mother-in-law lives in his county and we’re looking forward to moving there next year.
I met him once and we arranged to have lunch together. Amazingly, for a politician, he paid even though I offered.

This is where the crime is apparently, and somewhat new. When transferring back to MI I went to the SOS to change my address back to MI. I brought a couple old DL’s going back to the 70’s and my original BC from the 50’s. That wasn’t good enough, I had to send away for a ‘redone’ BC from Iowa, it took two months and the date was a day off and the hospital no longer exists.
I got a new DL with the same number on it from over 50 years ago. Seems to me that this ‘voting fraud’ is a relatively new thing. Illegals voting but clean American citizens are put through the ringer.
The standard notion is always “Republicans need to Get Out The Vote.”
But that is not a solution when the other side simply cheats with impunity. They win, we lose — it doesn’t matter how hard we vote.
Election reform is the only solution. The country must be forced to have honest elections.

Absolutely there is a law about allowing illegals to vote. Here we see somebody just trying to worm their way around it. This person should have about as much authority as the illegals she is trying to introduce into the election system. They all need to be sent packing NOW!
