On December 27, 2025, a 13-year-old boy named Terrel Byars Jr. was hit and killed by a driver in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, which is near Pittsburgh.

This past Sunday, protestors and their children walked in the street and deliberately placed themselves in front of oncoming traffic, in the exact same spot, on the exact same road, where Byars was killed.

So after a child was hit and killed by a car, parents are encouraging their own children to walk in the same street against oncoming traffic.

This is the exact opposite of what these parents should be teaching their children.

Shame on these parents.
