A Gold Medal Speech Jeremiah 29:11-13 (King James Version) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Unlike the last five Presidents who gave a State of the Union address President Trump spoke his mind and gave a clear picture of what he has done and where America is going. He began with a celebration of the Olympic Gold Medal hockey team declaring the goalie will be getting a Presidential Medal of Freedom for outstanding sports setting the tone of the night.
He began the speech listing all the things he has done in the last year from closing the wall to lowering gas and energy prices. He talked of food and everyday expenses being lowered while incomes and jobs are going up. He placed all of the inflation on the Dims and did not give them an inch while they sat on their hands in protest.
He knows how to put on a show and what a show it was. He lists all the things he has done for the American people from tax cuts for tips, overtime, and Social Insecurity while introducing a mom who will get a $5000 reduction on her taxes between her and her husband. This makes their lives more affordable lowering the biggest expense off her shoulders.
He spoke of lower insurance and drug prices coming to people and put the blame right on the head of the Communist Party. He brought out hero after hero including the National Guardsman on the prayer list who not only survived but was in the chamber and able to stand which he gave a Purple Heart. A true miracle story by his mother’s prayers.
He did not back down as he spoke of the poor girl from Charleston on the train who was murdered in cold blood by a career criminal who was brought in by Biden. Her mother and father were asked to stand for an applause which the shameless Dems did not clap. How heartless do you have to be to not show respect for an innocent girl murdered senselessly, unless you understand she died from your policies and her blood is on your hands.
He called them out again and again during the middle and especially singling out Rep Omar for the Somali pirates she supports which she got into a shouting match with him. Calling him a murderer to cover up for her own sticky fingers of which he said there is more corruption in other states which will balance the budget. He did not back down from anyone and got heated at points which it needed to and at one point called them crazy for supporting transexual surgeries without telling parents. Sometimes you have to take off the gloves when you are in a fight to the death.
It was a masterpiece as he turned from listing all of the positive changes he made for the economy and safety with crime rates dropping dramatically. He pointed to fentanyl imports dropping 56% and murder rates by 20% while DC has dropped nearly a 100% of murders. The Communists could not even clap for that. He put them on an island for the entire world to see what disgusting people they are.
He spoke of how he is improving the American hemisphere with the killing of the cartel leader in Mejico as well as the extraction of Maduro in Venezuela. He then told of the helicopter pilot who had his leg shot up and completed the mission which he was a critical piece. After introducing him he had a General give him a Medal of Honor, which was an amazing moment if you know how rare this medal is.
He then introduced a woman whose father was a condemned political prisoner in Venezuela for the crime of running against Maduro and announced to her that he had been released from prison and reunited her with him. He simply showed time after time why he is a one-of-a-kind leader who is guided by common sense and what is right for America and individual workers.
He tops it off by speaking of WWII and Korea War pilot who had quietly had one of the most heroic careers of any pilot in America. He then gave him a Medal of Honor as the hundred-year-old hero smiled with a Charlton Heston smile to the crowd for one of the longest ovations of the night.
He finished it with one of the most beautiful dissertations of what America means from 1776 to today and into the future. He spoke of how this 250 years is just the beginning of the country blessed by God and always having appointments with destiny. He said God knew who to call when something special needs to be done for His flame of freedom.
One thing President Trump knows how to do and do well is talk and boy did he. It was a speech for the MAGA army and those who love or like this country. It was a spanking for those who do not who shamed themselves over and over. When he asked everyone who wanted to protect Americans to stand up and applaud, their sitting spoke volumes and he let them shame themselves for the longest pause of the speech. It was pure genius.
He did himself well as all of those wondering what was going on and there was issue overload among his supporters. He laid it out completely as he told what changes he had to make and laid out the roadmap of where the country was going. He very likely made a big difference in the upcoming election as he gave a formula of how to address his critics. In the end he said he had to clean up their mess and now the Golden Age of America was just around the corner. Everyone in that room heard it and knew he was speaking the truth and excited half the floor and terrified the “crazies”.
Donald Trump has become the President of a lifetime and this masterful speech showed why. You may not like the way he fights yet you have to love he fights for you.

I hope the people were listening.
Trump won the midterms last night.
The differences are a plain as day for those who wish to see.
It was masterful.
Trump isn’t on the ballot.
The question I ask is did the speech serve to generate pro-American, pro-American votes come the mid-terms. My personal thoughts on what is needed to win the mid-terms and subsequent elections:
1. The Senate must eliminate the filibuster. If not, the democrats will do it and then pack the SCOTUS. Thune and other R Senators who are unwilling to eliminate the filibuster are serving our enemies.
2. DOJ needs to perp walk, indict and imprison those guilty of voter and election fraud.
3. The SAVE act needs to be passed, otherwise, election cheating will continue to give democrats victories they would otherwise lose under a SAVE act.
4. Corporate media needs to be repeatedly sued for promoting lies (libel and slander) against Trump and conservatives.>p>
Sadly, none of what I mentioned have been affected. We get a regular diet of committee meetings, harshly worded rhetoric and kabuki theater - but no changes - no action that results in holding people accountable. With the Republican party being all talk and no action to reflect President Trump's vision, R voters will not be encouraged or enthusiastic to vote. Republicans need to get out the vote but R party anti-Trump posture will do the opposite.
Trump is the issue to Dims, its all they have.
The mediots not applauding the Hockey team was pathetic. They looked appauled by those Gold medalists.
One observation to my wife regarding the commiecrats was - is that all they have, to sit in silence?
Your right. It’s the fault of the Republicans congress. Once Trump is gone it will be like old time democratic politics, only far worse for the people.

I made a similar observation: Trump loves America and Americans.
When Trump first came on the scene, the Democrats and many Republicans thought that America’s purpose was to fix the world. Americans were there to fight and die abroad and pay taxes. Democrats convicted America generally, and white males specifically, of sexism and racism.
With Biden’s term, it became clear that normal Americans with traditional American values were the enemy. Millions of unvetted illegal immigrants were brought into the country and dispersed for political purposes only.
In the last year it became abundantly clear that any group that produces a disproportionate amount of crime will be pampered by the Democrats. Obama promised America’s transformation. Few realized this meant America’s destruction.
The midterms are decided by who gets out and votes..and convinces others to vote.
So far, MAGA seems to see themselves as spectators to cheer or boo... and to get piqued for the slightest reason and not vote to “teach them a lesson” as MAGA did in NE GA in the US Senate runoff election that elected 2 Democrat Senators.
Democrats see themselves as players on the field to influence the outcome of the game.
I haven’t heard anything about the Spanberger response. Anyone watch it here?

Of course Trump is on the ballot. The mid term president is always on the ballot. His name may not be on any ballot but he surly is on it just the same. I have been watching State of The Union addresses since Esienhour and none have been as wonderful as this was.
At nearly 2 hours long I wanted it to keep going. I hope the Dems will pay dearly in the midterms.
Well all the people who voted for Trump in 2024 better realize it.
I haven’t heard anything about the Spanberger response. Anyone watch it here?
