After the National Park Service removed the rainbow flag from Stonewall National Monument in NYC, Sen. Chuck Schumer announced Sunday afternoon that he plans to introduce legislation "to designate the pride flag as a congressionally authorized flag.”

People worry that the Democrats will do well in the Fall elections. That would follow precedent where the party in power does poorly in an off-year election. Things might go that way. But it sure seems like the top 10 issues, or so, are all 80/20 issues, and the Democrat leadership seems to be desperate to be on the 20% side of the equation on every issue. I don’t see how they do well in the Fall elections (if we block the cheating).
