A Florida man allegedly stalked and shot three tourists near Walt Disney World in a random attack. The victims were identified as Robert Luis Kraft, 70, of Michigan, his brother Douglas Joseph Kraft, 68, of Ohio, and James John Puchan, 69, of Ohio.
In a joint statement from their families reported by Fox News, the men had traveled to central Florida to attend the Mecum Car Show, the largest collector car auction in the world. "There were no known interactions between the men and this individual prior to the event; they were then approached and senselessly murdered," the family said in the statement. "This was a random, tragic act."
The men were staying at an Airbnb and were reportedly scheduled to return home on Saturday, but extended their stay due to problems with their rental car. While outside the residence waiting for a replacement vehicle, they were targeted, authorities said.
At 12:14 pm Saturday, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired. Deputies arrived at the scene and found all three men dead from gunshot wounds.
The suspect was identified as Ahmad Jihad Bojeh, 29, who lives next to the rental property. Authorities said Bojeh was seen fleeing the residence after the shooting and was later detained in possession of two firearms. He has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder.
Bojeh has a criminal history that includes a 2021 case in which he was charged with attempted first-degree murder with a firearm and aggravated battery for allegedly shooting at a person and random vehicles in a parking lot. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity in that case. Records also show prior arrests for felony drug possession and misdemeanor resisting an officer without violence.
"Across the country, we see violent criminals getting to walk free, back into society, because of insanity defenses," Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier told Fox News."We won’t tolerate leftist prosecutors releasing murderers and violent criminals to hurt our families.”
Jihad Joe.
A not guilty due to insanity verdict should be followed by institutionalization.
Realistically, who thinks a neighbor will appear on the side walk and execute you? But that's the world we live in. Evil walks among us. Always carry and safety off in those transitional spaces where you're most vulnerable. Head on a swivel and trust nothing. It's not paranoia, it's survival.
Random = Usually whites murdered by blacks
Now, it can also mean Muslims killing whites?
A dangerous insane person has no more right to roam free than a dangerous sane person.
The both need to be locked up and kept away from the public.
islam IS insane, so …
Why would you want to lock up a “dangerous sane person?” Lots of us are dangerous.
Unrelated to Islam, the religion of peace.
It’s not like Jihad was this guy’s middle name or anything.
That’s absolutely true.
insanity verdict should be followed by institutionalization.
............
Should be changed to GUILTY AND INSANE verdict. Then full life imprisonment or death penalty immediately.

The “insane” man just happened to be a Mooooslim. Right.
Notice it is important for the left to emphasize the “random” nature of the attack by a “Florida man”. The truth is 180 degrees opposite this reporting. The man’s very name conveys the intent to harm, and there was definitely a pattern to his victims. He did not encounter them by chance while going about his day but targeted them. So nothing random at all but an intentional crime committed by a foreigner who was foolishly or maliciously allowed on Florida soil to act on his foreign ideology.
This alone shows it wasn't random.
Also we're expected to believe Ahmad Jihad Bojeh is a "Florida Man?"
This is why the "insanity" defense is so insidious. These violent maniacs often end up back out on the street after a stint in a mental institution.
The insanity defense needs to be cut way back.
“Florida Man”
insanity defense him into a wood-chipper this time
Haven’t there been a number of unexplained deaths at Disney?
And if they’re calling it a random attack, I have my doubts.

Who is the idiot leftist lawyer who released this criminal? We need a name and we need accountability!
