The Bank of England was “instructed” or “told” to do anything of the sort. This was a suggestion from a “former analyst.” In the world of Central Banks, an analyst is pretty much one level above “receptionist” on the org chart.
In other words, some retired old lady is out there screaming at the moon.
This doesn’t even rise to the level of “nothing burger.”
They’ll be welcomed in, given Obama phones and EBT cards, and allowed to establish no-Earthling-go zones.

I would not take anything serious that MacGregor says.
She’s probably an intel asset, and this is probably another trial balloon nudge toward the longest-running buildup of a fabricated excuse for one-world government that they have.
