Many are rushing to judgement. Some falsely concluded after watching the video, perhaps due to the smoke signature that the agent at the window fired the shot, but that's not the case. There was another agent not as clearly seen who was directly in the path of the vehicle.
This pic shows one agent at the window who did not fire. The arrow points to the lesser seen agent in the path of the vehicle who did fire.
This cap shows the agent who fired beginning to draw - the front wheels of the vehicle clearly pointed in his direction. 
Here the agent is seen in a shooting stance, front wheels still aimed in his direction.

Looks like a routine officer-involved shooting.
The only thing I could say in her defense is that she may have been trying to accelerate ahead and to the right while jabbering at the ICE officers on her left — without actually seeing the guy in front of her.
By then the wheel was turned to the right, and the officer was to the left of the vehicle.
FAFO.
Like my Daddy taught me. Cops carry guns. Don’t mess with them. Your proper response is always “Yes sir.”
Obviously self defense and this piece of sh** is bashing the agents.
Don’t blame them you a-hole, blame that dementia riddled slimebag who flooded this country with illegals for 4 long years.
I had to watch that 10 times before I saw and understood. That other office came from the other side, from the right and probably the driver never saw him because he was looking at the officers to the left of him. the driver then took off in a flash not paying attention.
Well, don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t mean her family hasn’t just hit the “ghetto” lottery.

So this lady wasn’t just some innocent bystander?
She had no business being anywhere near those agents in the first place, and was shot while obstructing justice. If the crooks Frey and Walz try to arrest the ICE officer involved, Trump should declare martial law and put both of them in handcuffs.
There is a legal concept called Office Induced Jeopardy. If they placed themselves in harms way, they cannot claim defense.
Why did that agent jump in front of the car in the first place? He put himself in that position. The driver was clearly steering to the right to avoid him. The agent should be charged with criminally negligent homicide.

I had that thought as well. She may have not seen the guy in front if she was engaged with — and looking at — the officers outside her door.
Regardless, she ignored orders to get out of the vehicle. I haven’t seen or heard anything about what happened before the video begins, but ultimately her refusal to follow orders contributed to the shooting.
of course missing is the audio where the officers told her to get out of the car- a significant item....
Your “activism” does not legitimate your interfering with authorities who are doing their duties.
