What angers me most about the Minnesota situation is not even the fraud, but the sheer ingratitude behind it.

What angers me most about the Minnesota situation is not even the fraud, but the sheer ingratitude behind it. I just spent several weeks in Vietnam, a country where people genuinely love America. History makes that fact almost surreal, but it is absolutely true. For so many people, their greatest dream is to see the United States, not even to immigrate, just to visit.

Take the night watch guy at the studio I rent in Saigon. Every night he sat there reading English books. But he was not studying English. He had already mastered that. He was studying American history, culture, and customs, preparing himself for a visit that may never happen. I have heard versions of that story countless times, not just in Vietnam, but across the world. There are hundreds of millions of people, maybe billions, for whom America represents hope and aspiration, and most of them will never come close to it.

Having seen that reality so often, the ingratitude by people who actually made it is so infuriating. You see it in the open hostility of some of these figures, who resent the country that gave them everything. But you also see it in the silent betrayal by those who defraud the system. That fraud is theft from the hosts themselves, from taxpayers, from real human beings who worked hard, acted generously, and welcomed others in good faith, only to be exploited.

For me, it is that contrast, between those who revere America from afar and those who loot it from within, that makes this so unforgivable.

Almost 80% of the Somalis who have lived in Minnesota for 10 years or more are still receiving government benefits. The prime employment for Somalis would seem to be running fraudulent businesses. The Democrats who have run Minneapolis and the State for decades as especially the buffoon Governor Walz need to be held accountable.

Moslems consider Kefirs to be vermin, and they have a right to exterminate vermin.

Leftists. They sympathize with everyone. Except decent Americans

Good article.
There is a substantial Vietnamese community here in Albuquerque. My auto shop is almost all Vietnamese. They are great, and assimilated more than all liberals here. The older ones are either evacuees from the fall of Saigon or boat people.

They're doing the same thing in the UK. The difference is that they've been doing it longer over there.

We can nip it in the bud here in Minnesota.

Anyone who believes that a bunch of barely literate sub 90 IQ savages from Africa managed to pull a $9,000,000,000 fraud off for nearly 10 years without any help from the inside is simply too stupid to be taken seriously.

I was married to a Gypsy girl for 10 years. Best time of my life.

Yeah, ok. You’re at least $9 billion and 10 years late on “nipping it in the bud”. And it isn’t going to get better - that you can bet on.

That’s because they’re braindead.

The nation of Somalia exists off of piracy in all its old and modern forms. That is their culture. They are the takers of the world. It’s what they do. To expect otherwise is like expecting a fish to tap dance.

It does not take any great amount of brains to pull off a fraud.

You go in and say, "Give me" and they say, only if you have kids, so you say "I have ten kids. Give me." and they say "Ok".

Lot of low intelligence illiterate people who pull off frauds all the time.

We live in a high trust society.

They see us as saps and easy pickings. They are void of any sense of civic duty. They’ll do whatever we let them get away with.

What we need to do is ship them back ASAP before they get any more foothold here.

They’re muslims and they’re thieves. Don’t expect any gratitude from their kind.

Moslems consider Kefirs to be vermin, and they have a right to exterminate vermin.

Exactly! And they despise us even more because it was so easy to steal vast amounts of money from us. To them it's another sign of their superiority and our inferiority.

Ilhan Omar's attitude makes sense.

I just spent several weeks in Vietnam, a country where people genuinely love America. History makes that fact almost surreal, but it is absolutely true.

In the years immediately after the Vietnam War any white person visiting Vietnam had to learn this expression: "Không phải Liên Xô" (I am not a Soviet). And if Vietnamese kids started pointing at you and shouting "Liên Xô! Liên Xô!" (Soviet! Soviet!) you would have to quickly find a way to make yourself scarce. Seems Americans were OK, even in those days, but not Russians.

As far as “ingratitude” goes, as an American I’m more than accustomed to that. I never heard a welfare recipient express gratitude.
